ORDERING

How do I order a Graze Box, Platter or Table?

Graze boxes and platters can be ordered through our website. Browse through our selection by hitting the "Menu" button to find your desired graze. After checkout you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. If you would like to pay by e-transfer instead of credit card through the website, please email us to order.

To order a grazing table, please email us , we would be delighted to discuss the perfect set up for your event.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for standard box and platter orders. Custom orders require a minimum of 7 days notice. Grazing Tables require a minimum of 14 days notice.

What if I need to order sooner than the required notice?

Please email or call us to inquire if we are able to accommodate a rush order. We will always try our best to accommodate your order if possible.

DIETARIES

Do you cater to vegetarian and vegan requests?

We absolutely do! You can select your dietary requirement from the drop down when ordering online. If you have any other dietary requests that are not listed, please reach out by email so we can arrange a graze according to your specific requirements.

I have a severe allergy, can you accommodate this?

Although we are able to cater to specific dietary requests for your order, we operate in a kitchen where the following may be present: animal products, gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and soy. While we will try our best, we cannot guarantee no contamination from allergens.

DELIVERY

What days and times do you deliver?

Our standard delivery days for boxes and platters are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Grazing Tables are available any day that we are not already booked. Please get in touch with us to check availability for your date.

Delivery timing options are:
a) delivery between 10am and 11:30am
b) delivery between 11:30am and 1pm

Please contact us if you require a non-standard delivery day.

 

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to homes and venues in Banff and Canmore. Please contact us if you are ordering outside of Banff or Canmore.

Is there a fee for delivery?

Delivery within the Town of Banff, Canmore and Dead Mans Flats are free of charge.

Delivery fees for Grazing Tables outside of Banff and Canmore will be provided to you in your quote.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not have pick up available as an option just yet. We are hoping to add this in the future but for now, we can deliver directly to you at your home, hotel or venue.

I won’t be home/ at the hotel during the delivery time, what are my options?

HOTEL / VENUE DELIVERY
If you are staying at a hotel, we can deliver to the hotel concierge to hold in the fridge until your arrival. Please note the name of your hotel in the address field when placing your order.

HOME DELIVERY
As we are surrounded by wildlife, we are unable to leave any grazes unattended. Please ensure that someone will be available to accept your platter and refrigerate it until you are home.

You may leave a cooler box with an ice block in an accessible place and notify us if you prefer this option. We cannot take responsibility for your graze once delivered if it is left unattended.

If no one is home and no alternate arrangements have been made, we will return your graze to the kitchen and you will need to contact us to make arrangements to collect from our Banff location at a time we are available. Please note any unclaimed grazes are discarded after 24 hours.

GRAZING TABLES

How do I order a Grazing Table?

We would be delighted to discuss the perfect grazing table for your event. Fill us in on all of the fabulous details here and let’s go from there!

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Grazing Tables require a minimum of 14 days notice however our dates do book up quickly so please contact us when you have a date so we can secure it for you.

What if I need to order sooner than the required notice?

Please contact us to inquire if we are able to accommodate a rush order. We will always try to accommodate your order if possible!

How long will it take you to set up my grazing table?

We require access to the space 2 hours before your event start time.

Are you able to cater to a custom request?

We love a custom request! Please contact us to discuss your needs and we would love to come up with the perfect grazing experience for you.

Do you provide the table, linens, plates, cutlery?

You must provide a suitable table for your grazing table. This could be a dining room table, kitchen island or table at your venue. We can assist you in finding a local rental company if you need to rent a table. We do not provide linens.

Plates and cutlery are not included in graze table pricing but disposable crockery and cutlery can be provided for an additional fee. Please advise us in your request if you would like us to quote you on this addition. We can also recommend a local rental company if you would like to hire these items.

Do I need to return any of the equipment?

ELEVATED TABLES

Yes! All platters, boards, serving equipment, and props are rental only and must be returned within 48 hours of your event. A pick up time will be arranged with you during set up.

FLAT LAY TABLES

Flat Lay grazing tables do not have any rental components so no equipment return is required.

Do I need to clean the equipment from my Elevated Grazing Table?

We ask that you please discard any left over food and rinse or wipe down any pieces with food on them. We will clear away, clean and sanitize all items in our commercial kitchen after collection of the rental items.

REFUND POLICY

Boxes & Platters

As we offer perishable goods we are not able to provide refunds once your product has been created, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website.

Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description before making a purchase and feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to ordering.

If you would like a refund on a product that has not been created you must email us 7 business days prior to the order delivery date and we will issue you a full store credit.

Lost or stolen orders after a successful delivery will not be reimbursed or re-made. Ensure you are home between the delivery window and contact us in advance if you will not be so we can re-arrange a different time.

Graze Tables


A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your date. Final payment is required 10 days prior to your event.

If a graze table is cancelled earlier than 10 days before the event, any payment made above the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Within 10 days of your event we are unable to provide any refund as food, florals and rentals will have already been ordered. 

HEALTH + SAFETY

How long will my graze last?

Boxes and Platters should be consumed within 24 hours if refrigerated.
Grazing tables should be consumed within 2 hours of set up.

We recommend removing your box or platter from the fridge 15 minutes before consuming to allow contents to come to room temperature. 

Are you Food Safe Certified?

Yes! We are Food Safe Certified, and we operate in accordance with provincial regulations and bylaws.

All of our food is prepared in an AHS approved commercial kitchen right here in Banff.
